1. What is the RT Pastry Loyalty Programme?
The RT Pastry Loyalty Programme is a membership program which enables a member earns and redeems Points, and enjoys exclusive privileges while visiting our RT Pastry outlets in Klang Valley.
2. How do RT Pastry members work and is it Free?
You can join the loyalty program by signing up for a FREE account. Registration can be done by scanning our Membership QR code that displays in our outlets or via our official website (https://shop.rtpastry.com/). Once you have successfully signed up as a member of the RT Pastry Loyalty Programme, you can start collecting Points and earning rewards on your membership account.
3. Is there any Tier for Members? And how do I maintain it?
Once you qualify on the Super Foodie Tier, you will be a member of the tier for an entire year from the date you qualified - which started from your every transaction date. You will have 360 days from your transaction date to earn Points in order to extend your tier membership to the next level either Master Pastry Tier or RT Prime Tier. If you do not earn enough Points to maintain your tier, you will be downgraded into the previous tier. Points are refreshed and reset yearly (360 days) from your transaction date and will not be carried forward.
RT Pastry member accounts will be discontinued if no purchase transactions are made within 360 days from the date of the last purchase.
4. What are the Points and how do I earn them?
You can earn Points and use them to redeem rewards and enjoy member benefits for each tier. In Super Foodie Tier and Master Pastry Tier, for every RM1 you spent on product purchase, you will earn 1 Point. While in RT Prime Tier, there will be 1.5 points for every RM1 spent on product purchase. Please note that Points may take up to 24 hours to be reflected into your account. Rounding down adjustment is applied to 0.5 point on every transaction.
5. What rewards can I redeem my points for?
Depending on the total number of Points you have, you will be able to redeem them for different rewards. This could be an e-voucher, products, merchandise items, etc. The rewards catalog is subject to change without prior notice, so do check on it occasionally.
6. Will my points expire?
Yes. Points will be expiring after 360 days from the date of accumulation. While membership tiers will be expired after 360 days from your transaction date (the date you qualified for the current tier of your membership). After renewing your Member account, you can earn Points to reach the following tier. Upon reaching a new tier, you will have another 360 days from the date on which you reached that tier to earn the corresponding Points to maintain your membership at that tier. This means that if you've just renewed your account, you have 360 days to earn Points to reach Super Foodie Tier, Master Pastry Tier and followed by RT Prime Tier.
Once you reach Super Foodie Tier, you will have 360 days from that date (your transaction date) to earn Points in order to maintain your membership and even upgrade to the next higher level. Points get refreshed annually and will not be brought forward.
7. How do I redeem my rewards?
Open the web app and inform our staff at any of our outlets in Klang Valley that you would like to redeem your rewards. Kindly swipe the rewards only when you are in front of the cashier at the outlet. You can track your rewards and points via the members' portal. Please be sure to redeem them before they expired. Expired rewards will not be carried forward.
8. Is it possible to merge the points accumulated in the two different membership accounts owned separately by me and my friends or families?
The RT Pastry Loyalty Programme is designated for individual use by the respective Member only. No merging and transferring of Points from different Membership Account is allowed.
9. Are redeemed Points returnable or refundable?
No, all Points already redeemed are non-returnable and non-refundable.
